Globally positioned financial information service providers use various means
of communication such as dedicated carrier circuits and the Internet to deliver
high-quality raw financial data to their service subscribers. The SIX Exfeed Market
Feeds are perfectly tailored to their information needs.
Vendors obtain the raw data they require directly from SIX Exfeed via fixed
telecommunication lines. They then compile, restructure and disseminate the data
according to the needs of their customers and for further transmission to subvendors.
Subvendors such as Internet trading platforms and financial web portals
receive the ready-to-use data from vendors and adapt it to the needs of their customers.
The subvendors either offer this data to closed user groups in real time or make it
available to the investing public with a 15-minute delay.
Members of the SIX Swiss Exchange and SWX Europe that receive market
information via the "member application programming interface" (MAPI) of the
trading platform are subject to
SWX Europe directive 10 and SIX Swiss Exchange directive 17. The number of fee-liable users has to be
reported to SIX Exfeed on a monthly basis.
SIX Exfeed account management would be happy to advise you on what services and licences would
best meet your requirements or to inform you about the complete terms and conditions (please
see the disclaimer). We look forward to assisting you.
