TCP/IP communication level

SIX Exfeed offers one or two 10/100/1000Mbps LAN ports on a dedicated LAN segment per customer, firewalled against SIX Exfeed's internal networks (see Network concept).

The customer owns and is solely responsible for the management and operation of any communication infrastructure (routers, leased lines, LAN links) needed to establish connectivity from their site(s) to SIX Exfeed's LAN ports (see FAQ).

The SIX Exfeed infrastructure is fully redundant. SIX Exfeed recommends extending this redundancy to the customer environment by duplicating the communication infrastructure using the service of a different carrier to a second customer location.
